王吉，女，1994年生，江苏常州人，2012年9月至2016年6月就读于盐城师范学院海洋资源开发技术专业，获工学学士学位；2016年9月至2019年6月就读于南京农业大学海洋科学专业，获理学硕士学位；2019年9月至2024年6月就读于南京农业大学农业资源与环境专业，获农学博士学位。2024年6月进入池州学院工作，现为地理与规划学院专任教师。

主要研究方向：盐碱地土地资源管理与植物抗逆性改良
