刘小媛,女,1991年10月生,山东青岛人。2015年年获山东交通学院工学学士学位,2018年获山东理工大学工程硕士学位,2022年中国科学院大学南京土壤研究所获农学博士学位,2023-2024年德国基尔大学访问学者。2024年11月进入池州学院工作,现为地理与规划学院专业教师。
未来主要研究方向:盐渍农田改良、氮磷养分高效利用、土壤碳循环、Meta分析与模型模拟
